Complete as many barbell benchpress reps at your body weight without racking the weight. Once you rack the weight your attempt ends. Whoever has the most verified reps at the end of the challenge wins. Must be a 20KG bar. You MUST weigh yourself on video. It must be at the same time you attempt the challenge. Your body weight acts as the weight you must lift. Weight to be to the nearest 2.5kg increment. E.g 93.6kg body weight = 92.5kg lift 74.1kg body weight = 75kg lift (Includes bar). Hand grip is your choice. Upper back, bum and feet fully touching bench/floor. Bar must touch chest without using bounce. Tag us through Instagram in a post or story with your result (full video must be supplied if shortlisted for the win). If your account is on private you will need to DM us your result.
